Carissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Church Ministries and is working towards her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a board-certified Mental Health Coach and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Before moving to Wisconsin, Carissa was a private school educator in the Boston area for 14 years, a Children’s Pastor, and a worker in people-centered non-profits. 

Everyone has a story, and everyone’s story matters. Carissa has a passion for people and their stories. Her passion is to walk alongside and support people as they strive to become who they are meant to be. Want to write a better story? 

Carissa’s other full-time job is managing the tribe she and her husband created. She and Derek love to take their five kids on road trips, hiking, and various adventures. Life is full, challenging, and beautiful!
